Question: Adding wiki syntax from wikimedia support. WYSIWYG is not always the best thing.

Answer: You can use most WikiText that MediaWiki employs. For example you can use [ [ Foo ] ] and [ [ Foo/Bar ] ] will work as will to link to a subpage of Foo titled Bar.

Question: CSS customization of the pages would be great.

Answer: This is completed and will be released to Wik.is as soon as possible.

Question: I do not see why the entrance page should be “Home”. For any pages, I can use the title I want, why not for this one ?

Answer: You can change this in the control panel

Does the CSS cover changing the color scheme? Because as it stands, the light brown color of valid links is almost indistinguishable from the red color for broken links.

We’ve changed the wanted links styling to the dashed underline. I like it. I hope you do too.

Whereabout in control panel would the option be to change the homepage from saying ‘Home’ ??? Please help!!! Thx

You can change the name of the wiki by going into the control panel and changing the sit settings. If you want to change the actual page name of “Home” that is not doable as it is a point of reference for the start of the hierarchy.
