Breaking out of cyber space -Phone calls and more

I am a new user and very much like the idea of community development using a Wiki.

But I want to offer more functionality - mainly around phone calls and Skype

So I can call by skype from the page with a single click. Or if I have skype-out to call a land line number.
Or more complex but much more appealing just have skypelout build in to the wiki and have a "callme button" - either routing call to skype or PSTN.

So my local pub does a Curry Night and publicsies on the wiki - and I want to confirm my booking. I just click the all me button and I'm connected to the pub phone.

Or I'm selling my car via the wiki small adds - and dont want to publish my phone number. I can use a phone me link as a way of protecting my anonymity.

Do I need to point out the marketing advantage this would give you - a skype / skype out compliant wiki - promoted via skype to 200,000,000 skypers......

How about SMS as well ?
